2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $75.
Standard Shipping Costs: For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout.
3. Processing Time
We know you’re eager to receive your order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after placement.
Note: Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after your package leaves our warehouse.
Refund and Return Policy
1. General Policy
PPMT Style Studio aims to ensure your order satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, items are generally non-refundable. We generally do not accept returns due to “change of mind” or size issues, provided the size shipped is correct.
However, we are always committed to providing high-quality products. If there are any problems with your order, we will be happy to assist you.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are only eligible for a full refund or exchange if:
Incorrect Item: The item you received does not match your order.
Damage or Defect: The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Return/Refund Eligibility:
Applications must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item must be unused and in its original condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
Important Note: Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Details: Please attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
After receiving and reviewing your request, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund, which will be automatically returned to your original payment account.
